Tallest threshold between rooms, in mm
millimeters

Measure the highest step the robot must cross: a door strip, a rug edge or the lip between two floors.

millimeters

The gap from the floor to the underside of the sofa, bed or cabinet. Leave it empty to skip this check.

Floors

Hard floors with rugs or some carpeted rooms.

Carpet and rug pile

Low or medium pile: a mop that lifts on carpet is enough for the finder.

Mopping

Models that only vacuum do not fit.

Dock

The dock empties the robot's bin into a larger bag, so you empty it less often.

Suited to

Thresholds up to 13 mm (0.51 in) pass with room to spare. From there to its 15 mm (0.59 in) climb it is at its limit, and higher thresholds rule it out. It goes under furniture with a gap of 102 mm (4.02 in) or more: its height plus 5 mm (0.2 in). The vacuum finder applies both rules, and the methodology states them.

Its dock empties the bin. Asking the finder for a dock that also washes and dries the mop rules it out.
